Return And Refund Policy

We always want to keep you 100% satisfied with the purchase from Evra Luxury. Even if you have been unhappy with your product, you can accept your full refund by returning the product, but you do have to pay the return costs yourself. You can return a product to us for a full refund if the following terms are met:

A. HOW LONG CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

After your purchase, you have 30 days left to return a product. To start your return, please contact us at info@casaandlodge.com.

B. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT AFTER USING THIS?

No, to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or evidence of the purchase.

D. HOW CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN THEIR PRODUCTS?

  • Yes, I accept returns for defective and non-defective products

F. DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

  • No we do not accept exchanges

I. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?

Please check your order carefully before returning a product. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will replace this item for free. Please contact us by email or call us immediately to inform us about your damaged or defective product condition for return.

J. RETURN SHIPPING FEE

No cost when the product is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. But when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item, they are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping en getting the return label.

K. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
